Free Shipping on Orders

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
• Note: Delivery time for pre-sale items depends on their arrival time.

Potential Delays

• International Shipping: Customs clearance and other international shipping regulations may cause delays.
• Force Majeure: Events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or global pandemics may disrupt the supply chain and cause shipping delays.

• Our logistics partners will select the best carriers to ship Unboundedy products to ensure the best service for our customers.

Multiple Items in the Same Order

• We strive to ship all items in your order simultaneously. However, different items may be subject to different shipping methods and will therefore be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping notification email after each item has been shipped.

Changing Shipping Address

• Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder using the correct shipping address.

Note:

• If you cancel your order 1 hour after placing it, you will be responsible for all applicable return shipping costs.
• If your package is lost or cannot be found due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the loss. Unboundedy will not resend or issue a refund.
